The dependency management in the firefox build tree seems to be broken, and that resulted in some 38.5.2 files being included in 38.6.0. I have deleted the old 38.6.0 files and re-uploaded new ones that fixes the problem. Please check the version you have, or re-download to get the new one. The files in the packager were affected also.
